Timo Boll equipment
Germany’s long-time men’s reference: Timo Boll ALC and Tenergy 05 both wings — a European stack you can order without a national-team mill.
Reported equipment, mapped onto this catalogue. Not a lab test and not a sponsored list. Personal national-team woods are labelled when the EU SKU is only a sibling. Combined specs on product pages stay unboosted.
Timo Boll was a men’s top-50 player across this five-year window and the default European comparison for a left-handed close-to-table game. The named wood in current Butterfly shops is Timo Boll ALC.
Viscaria is the outer-ALC sibling, not a secret upgrade. If a list says Viscaria, open that SKU. If it says Timo Boll ALC, this is the one. Both are outer fibre. Innerforce is the other fork.
Tenergy 05 both sides is the sheet the name is built on. Dignics is a later Butterfly generation, not an automatic swap. Compare them on the vs pages before you change the spare-part list.
