About Tenergy 64
Tenergy 64 is not a harder 05. Both are 36°. The 64 pimples sit for speed and a flatter trajectory — Combined speed 95 versus 92 on 05, with less spin.
Players who loop with a more forward stroke, or who want a quicker counter off the bounce, land here. 05 remains the higher-arc spin sheet. 80 sits between them if you do not want to pick.
FX and Hard variants exist in the wider Tenergy line; the numbered geometry story is still 05 / 64 / 80 / 25. Street price matches other Tenergy sheets in EU shops.

Factory thicknesses
Factory sponge thicknesses sold in Europe: 1.8, 1.9, 2.0, 2.1, MAX. These are shopping facts — Combined speed / spin / control on this page do not change with thickness.

- MAX
- 1.8
- Thinner inverted sponge. Allround and first-upgrade backhands live here more often than attacking forehands.
- 1.9
- The usual club backhand thickness on inverted tensors. A bit more control, a bit less catapult than 2.1 / MAX.
- 2.0
- Mid-thick. Common on the backhand when MAX felt lively, or as a two-wing compromise.
- 2.1
- Still a thick attacking sponge. A small step down from MAX on some tensors — shops treat it as the other FH thickness, not a control sheet.
- MAX
- Thickest factory sponge. Most catapult on a tensor; the usual attacking forehand. Combined figures on this page are for the SKU, not a separate MAX score.
