DHS
W968Tour wood is the personal DHS Q968 (Hurricane King). Closest EU-listed siblings here are W968 and Hurricane King 3 — not the same milling as a national-team special.

Wang Chuqin equipment
World #1, left-handed two-wing attacker on a DHS national-team stack. What you can buy in Europe is the family, not the personal Q968.
Reported equipment, mapped onto this catalogue. Not a lab test and not a sponsored list. Personal national-team woods are labelled when the EU SKU is only a sibling. Combined specs on product pages stay unboosted.
Forehand
DHS
Hurricane 3 NationalPersonal / National Hurricane 3, blue sponge, boosted on tour. Combined figures on this site are factory / unboosted.
Backhand
DHS
Hurricane 3 NationalOften a softer orange-sponge Hurricane 3, also boosted. We map both wings to Hurricane 3 National so the Setup URL is honest about the family, not the booster.
Wang Chuqin’s reported 2025–26 racket is a personal DHS Q968 (Hurricane King) with National Hurricane 3 on both wings — blue sponge on the forehand, a softer orange sponge on the backhand, both boosted. That is the Chinese team recipe: sticky topsheet, factory-slow sponge, speed from booster and from the wood.
This catalogue does not list Q968 as a current EU shop SKU. W968 and Hurricane King 3 are the DHS inner-fibre woods European shops actually restock. They are the right family to open, not a clone of his special. Combined speed / spin on Hurricane 3 National here is unboosted. After booster the sheet is a different weapon — we do not print boosted numbers as factory specs.
Do not glue National H3 on Viscaria and call it a Wang Chuqin setup. The wood is a DHS inner-alc national blade; the rubber wants a boosting calendar. If you want the grip without booster, Dignics 09C and Hybrid K3 are the European doors — compare those on the vs pages, not with a boosted National on stream.
