Allround sheets sit between looping weapons and defensive pips. ALL+ still attacks; ALL− is for blocking and placement; ALL is the middle.
Useful when a Tenergy-class tensor is too much for the blade, or when you want the same rubber on both wings without an OFF+ throw.
