About Mantra H
Mantra H uses pre-tensioned tensor sponge with a catapult effect and relatively low dwell and a grippy, non-tacky topsheet typical of European tensors. Manufacturer sponge hardness is 50° (Tensor); a cut sheet is about 47 g. Factory sponge thicknesses: 1.8, 1.9, 2.0, 2.1, MAX. Sold with topsheet in Black and Red; sponge in orange red. Mantra (S, M, H, Pro) is Stiga's tensor line with hardness steps rather than different pimple geometries.
On the TableTennisReview 0–100 index the Combined figures are speed 92, spin 85 and control 78 (official mapping 92 / 84 / 78). That is a high-speed inverted profile for power-offensive play from mid-distance — heavy loops and finishing hits. Hardness, weight and thickness above are factory facts — not lab tests.
Community score 8.3 / 10 from 130 reviews. Indicative European street price €35. Compare Mantra H with other Stiga Mantra and inverted rubbers on the same scale, or open the catalogue filters for OFF+ inverted sheets.

Factory thicknesses
Factory sponge thicknesses sold in Europe: 1.8, 1.9, 2.0, 2.1, MAX. These are shopping facts — Combined speed / spin / control on this page do not change with thickness.

- 2.1
- MAX
- 1.8
- Thinner inverted sponge. Allround and first-upgrade backhands live here more often than attacking forehands.
- 1.9
- The usual club backhand thickness on inverted tensors. A bit more control, a bit less catapult than 2.1 / MAX.
- 2.0
- Mid-thick. Common on the backhand when MAX felt lively, or as a two-wing compromise.
- 2.1
- Still a thick attacking sponge. A small step down from MAX on some tensors — shops treat it as the other FH thickness, not a control sheet.
- MAX
- Thickest factory sponge. Most catapult on a tensor; the usual attacking forehand. Combined figures on this page are for the SKU, not a separate MAX score.
