About Trouble Maker Reloaded

Dr. Neubauer Trouble Maker Reloaded is a 2026 long-pips-out sheet for chopping, reversal and disruption made in Germany. It belongs to the Trouble series, is ITTF-approved (code 26-060), and is aimed at defensive (DEF) players who want defensive chopping, fishing and disruption.

Trouble Maker Reloaded uses classic (non-tensor) sponge with longer dwell and a more linear feel and a pips-out topsheet. Manufacturer sponge hardness is 40° (Classic); a cut sheet is about 38 g. Factory sponge thicknesses: OX, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 1.8. An OX (no-sponge) version is also listed. Sold with topsheet in Black and Red; sponge in blue/red.

On the TableTennisReview 0–100 index the Combined figures are speed 54, spin 50 and control 86 (official mapping 55 / 51 / 87). That is a control-first long pips profile for defensive chopping, fishing and disruption. Hardness, weight and thickness above are factory facts — not lab tests.

Community score 7.2 / 10 from 172 reviews. Indicative European street price €38. Compare Trouble Maker Reloaded with other Dr. Neubauer Trouble and long pips rubbers on the same scale, or open the catalogue filters for DEF long pips sheets.

Factory thicknesses

Factory options: OX, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 1.8. OX means no sponge. Combined figures describe this SKU; an OX sibling with its own product page is a different sheet.

OX
No sponge. On long pips this usually means more reversal and a deader return; on antispin it is a very dead ball. It is a different SKU from the sponged sheet when the shop lists both.
0.5
A very thin sponge under pips or anti. Slightly more speed than OX, still disruption-first.
1.0
Thin sponge under pips or anti — the German-shop step above OX.
1.5
Thicker pips/anti sponge. More speed, less pure disruption. Not an inverted MAX.
1.8
Short-pips attacking sponge, or a thick anti. Not the same job as inverted 1.8.
