About Killer Extreme
Dr. Neubauer Killer Extreme is a 2026 short-pips-out sheet for hitting, blocking and fast counters made in Germany. It belongs to the Killer series, is ITTF-approved (code 26-045), and is aimed at offensive (OFF) players who want offensive close-to-table and mid-distance topspin.
Killer Extreme uses classic (non-tensor) sponge with longer dwell and a more linear feel and a pips-out topsheet. Manufacturer sponge hardness is 40° (Classic); a cut sheet is about 38 g. Factory sponge thicknesses: OX, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 1.8. An OX (no-sponge) version is also listed. Sold with topsheet in Black and Blue and Green and Pink and Red; sponge in orange.
On the TableTennisReview 0–100 index the Combined figures are speed 86, spin 58 and control 78 (official mapping 87 / 58 / 78). That is a mid-to-high speed short pips profile for offensive close-to-table and mid-distance topspin. Hardness, weight and thickness above are factory facts — not lab tests.
Community score 7.6 / 10 from 88 reviews. Indicative European street price €38. Compare Killer Extreme with other Dr. Neubauer Killer and short pips rubbers on the same scale, or open the catalogue filters for OFF short pips sheets.

Factory thicknesses
Factory options: OX, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 1.8. OX means no sponge. Combined figures describe this SKU; an OX sibling with its own product page is a different sheet.

- 1.8
- OX
- No sponge. On long pips this usually means more reversal and a deader return; on antispin it is a very dead ball. It is a different SKU from the sponged sheet when the shop lists both.
- 0.5
- A very thin sponge under pips or anti. Slightly more speed than OX, still disruption-first.
- 1.0
- Thin sponge under pips or anti — the German-shop step above OX.
- 1.5
- Thicker pips/anti sponge. More speed, less pure disruption. Not an inverted MAX.
- 1.8
- Short-pips attacking sponge, or a thick anti. Not the same job as inverted 1.8.
