Dr. Neubauer Gangster is a 2019 long-pips-out sheet for chopping, reversal and disruption made in Germany. It belongs to the Gangster series, is ITTF-approved (code 26-022), and is aimed at defensive (DEF) players who want defensive chopping, fishing and disruption.

Gangster uses classic (non-tensor) sponge with longer dwell and a more linear feel and a pips-out topsheet. Manufacturer sponge hardness is 40° (Classic); a cut sheet is about 38 g. Factory sponge thicknesses: OX, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 1.8. An OX (no-sponge) version is also listed. Sold with topsheet in Black and Red; sponge in pink.
