About Feint AG
Butterfly Feint AG is a 1998 long-pips-out sheet for chopping, reversal and disruption made in Japan. It belongs to the Feint series, is ITTF-approved, and is aimed at defensive (DEF) players who want defensive chopping, fishing and disruption.
Feint AG uses classic (non-tensor) sponge with longer dwell and a more linear feel and a pips-out topsheet. Manufacturer sponge hardness is 40° (Classic); a cut sheet is about 40 g. Factory sponge thicknesses: 0.5, 1.0, 1.5. Sold with topsheet in Black and Red; sponge in salmon. Feint is Butterfly's long-pips family (Feint Long, Feint Soft, OX options) for chopping and disruption.
On the TableTennisReview 0–100 index the Combined figures are speed 58, spin 52 and control 84 (official mapping 58 / 52 / 84). That is a control-first long pips profile for defensive chopping, fishing and disruption. Hardness, weight and thickness above are factory facts — not lab tests.
Community score 8.1 / 10 from 210 reviews. Indicative European street price €38. Compare Feint AG with other Butterfly Feint and long pips rubbers on the same scale, or open the catalogue filters for DEF long pips sheets.
