About Fastarc G-1
Fastarc G-1 is the looping flagship of Nittaku’s Fastarc series. Combined speed 90, spin 93, control 84. It dwells longer than Tenergy 05 and costs less in EU shops.
C-1 is the control sibling; P-1 and S-1 change throw. Acoustic is the blade people pair it with out of habit, not physics.
Buy G-1 if you want Japanese feel rather than Butterfly catapult. Factory ratings are Nittaku’s own numbers, remapped onto this site’s 0–100 index beside Butterfly 13.x figures.

Factory thicknesses
Factory sponge thicknesses sold in Europe: 1.8, 1.9, 2.0, 2.1, MAX. These are shopping facts — Combined speed / spin / control on this page do not change with thickness.

- 2.1
- MAX
- 1.8
- Thinner inverted sponge. Allround and first-upgrade backhands live here more often than attacking forehands.
- 1.9
- The usual club backhand thickness on inverted tensors. A bit more control, a bit less catapult than 2.1 / MAX.
- 2.0
- Mid-thick. Common on the backhand when MAX felt lively, or as a two-wing compromise.
- 2.1
- Still a thick attacking sponge. A small step down from MAX on some tensors — shops treat it as the other FH thickness, not a control sheet.
- MAX
- Thickest factory sponge. Most catapult on a tensor; the usual attacking forehand. Combined figures on this page are for the SKU, not a separate MAX score.
