About Coppa X1
Coppa X1 uses classic (non-tensor) sponge with longer dwell and a more linear feel and a grippy, non-tacky topsheet typical of European tensors. Manufacturer sponge hardness is 40° (Classic); a cut sheet is about 45 g. Factory sponge thicknesses: 1.8, 1.9, 2.0, 2.1, MAX. Sold with topsheet in Black and Red; sponge in cream. Coppa is Donic's classic inverted family, from older non-tensor Coppa to Coppa X2/X3 tensors.
On the TableTennisReview 0–100 index the Combined figures are speed 86, spin 84 and control 80 (official mapping 86 / 84 / 80). That is a mid-to-high speed inverted profile for offensive close-to-table and mid-distance topspin. Hardness, weight and thickness above are factory facts — not lab tests.
Community score 8.2 / 10 from 190 reviews. Indicative European street price €28. Compare Coppa X1 with other Donic Coppa and inverted rubbers on the same scale, or open the catalogue filters for OFF inverted sheets.

Factory thicknesses
Factory sponge thicknesses sold in Europe: 1.8, 1.9, 2.0, 2.1, MAX. These are shopping facts — Combined speed / spin / control on this page do not change with thickness.

- MAX
- 1.8
- Thinner inverted sponge. Allround and first-upgrade backhands live here more often than attacking forehands.
- 1.9
- The usual club backhand thickness on inverted tensors. A bit more control, a bit less catapult than 2.1 / MAX.
- 2.0
- Mid-thick. Common on the backhand when MAX felt lively, or as a two-wing compromise.
- 2.1
- Still a thick attacking sponge. A small step down from MAX on some tensors — shops treat it as the other FH thickness, not a control sheet.
- MAX
- Thickest factory sponge. Most catapult on a tensor; the usual attacking forehand. Combined figures on this page are for the SKU, not a separate MAX score.
