Inner ALC hides the fibre beside the core. First ball is softer than Viscaria-type outer ALC; mid-distance loops still get the carbon kick.
Butterfly Innerforce Layer ALC is the reference. Other brands copy the inner-fibre idea with ALC, arylate or PBO. Compare weight and combined control if you are moving off all-wood.
